I've been realising the benefits of these vitamins for about five years. After experiencing a high fever, I began taking three tablets a day and hardly caught a cold since. I also noticed relief from long-term constipation and improvements in my health. I will continue taking them, as they suit me well.

It feels safer to take them, even when enjoying snacks. I believe they assist my recovery when I feel unwell, especially since they contain a digestive enzyme, which I prefer to take after meals.
